I have a 1977 mark twain boat. It was my father's. I checked around for prices and work that was done to others. I would highly recommend PRO CHOICE MARINE to any one that is looking for someone to do what I have done to my boat. These guys are awesome. Jason,Dan, and I'm sorry I can not remember the other men who worked on it. It looks better than new. My father is looking down from heaven so proud. PRO CHOICE YOU ARE THE BEST. Awesome selection of boats and really friendly staff. They are up front about pricing and financing and will tell you like it is. Service department guys are really friendly as well. They seem to really know what they are doing.
high priced and unprofessional company. stopped servicing my boat after 7 years because they said to old. I won't be buying or recommending next time around due to that policy..
Well it seems that they are great up till the end of the sale. After that there service towards you is no longer a worry to them. Bought a new Rt198 and ended up being a boat that was built wrong from the factory. No this is not the sealers fault but they are still responsible for the customer. After the long wait of getting the new boat back and swapping over the motor I finally get the boat back and the inside was never cleaned, it was full of metal shavings all over the carpet and clippings from the wires. The boat I brought back to swap.out for the new one still had close to 20 gals of fuel and the new one was giving back empty. And had to pay again the get it registered. They never offered to pay for the new registration fees or fill the boat up for my trouble and time. They could have at least pumped the gas out and put it in the new one. And I askednthem.to test the boat out when they get done to make sure it works right so I don't have to come back again. Nope the speed gauge isn't working , hmm go figure.
This is the most unethical company we have ever encountered. Took our family for over $5000 for rebuilt outboard engine, no customer service, no warranty service, no regard for helping us once the engine was out of their shop. We have had only problems since it was purchased and they continue to occur. We discovered that the engine we were sold is from 1988. Bad news! Unfortunately we found out too late from the locals to stay away from ProChoice. Please listen to us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Stay clear of their unethical practices.
