Very good boat dealer and services they really took good care of is. Fishing for Freedom Vets.

Feel like sales experience was decent to deal with, minus a little trailer incident, but after the sale of the brand new boat, that's where the need to satisfy and make the customer happy ended. Had some warranty issues with the boat less than a year after buying it, the live well welding cracked and the motor kept blowing the helm fuse multiple times which left me stranded or not even able to use the boat. The weld was fixed no issues even though it's kind of a piss poor job, but it does hold for now, but what really aggravated us is anglers port's service department is a joke, said they couldn't find anything wrong with the motor after I had to call them, after a week of them having it they never attempted to contact us. Then I explained to them again about the fuse and our concern since it left me stranded on the lake, and they said they would look into it some more. Another week goes by call down again got same answer that nothing is wrong. So I said I would be down to pick up after they had the boat for 2 weeks now. Got down there to find out they ruined my cranking battery left my key on and drained it dead, so had to wait on them to change that to new because they had no clue they did it. Took the boat home and tried to take out the next afternoon just to have the fuse blow 3 times, couldn't even get it in the water. Took it by a friend who's does mechanic work on the side, just for him to find the issue in under 10 mins a wire under the dash was overly tighten with a zip tie and metal had rubbed its way through causing a grounded out wire. So for 2 weeks angler port had the boat and said nothing they did could get the fuse to blow, but yet a regular part-time mechanic found issue in under 10 minutes. Then there is the fact they left plugs under the motor cover unplugged as well. Needless to say the service department stinks and obviously have no education on electrical issues. We then contacted angler's port to ask why the issue was never found when it was so simple and they had it for 2 weeks, we were given multiple excuses of why, and they even said they never checked under the steering column. They then pushed our issue to another dealer, saying they could fix our issue since they are closer to us to travel to. So once again have to waste my day taking to another dealer to get fixed. Basically this tells me Anglers Port's service department are to incompetent to work on boats they sell and obviously don't want to keep customers. Highly dissatisfied.

They repaired storm damage to my Lowe boat. They worked with my insurance company to make sure that all the damages were covered. Highly recommended!

Stopped at Anglers looking for a transducer bracket which i had broke the night earlier. I thought surely my long weekend of fishing was done. They didn't have one in stock but one of the guys thought might have one left over from doing installs. Turns out they did and better yet he just gave it to me! I'll for sure keep coming back for more free loot.....JK......Obviously could not say thanks enough to them for hooking me up and saving my weekend!

I bought my first Phoenix at Angler's Port and it was a very positive experience overall. Brad and Kristina were extremely helpful, starting from the ordering process all the way up to getting everything set-up once it came in. John and even the new president Klaus were on hand making sure everything was working right when I picked the boat up, which was very important since was coming from out of state. Everyone was very friendly and I would highly recommend this dealership!
